How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Wind2Ride account and all associated data, you can request deletion by sending us an email. We will process your request within 24-48 hours.
What will be deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and settings
- All saved routes and ride history
- Cloud sync data (Firebase)
- Connected services data (Strava integration)
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Important notes
- This action is irreversible — all your data will be permanently deleted
- After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you want to use Wind2Ride again
- Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
Request deletion
To delete your account, please send an email from the address associated with your Wind2Ride account:
Or send an email directly to: wind2ride.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
Please include in your email:
- The email address associated with your Wind2Ride account
- Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
We will send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
